An approach suited to your needs.

Residential buildings, hotels and co-living spaces
You need to coordinate several occupants while keeping the property running. With your on-site contact, we plan the homes to visit, appointment times, key collection and site requirements, so we can work independently within the agreed scope.
Businesses and shops
Let us know access hours, sensitive areas and any possible service interruptions. The diagnosis should help locate the source, plan the repair and reduce disruption to your business.
What you receive
A report should explain the diagnosis without making you repeat the investigation. It brings together the available findings:
- Photographs of the area and the defects observed.
- Records of the checks carried out: moisture readings, thermal imaging or other measurements appropriate to the brief.
- The location and useful reference points to identify the area.
- Technical findings about private and shared pipework, where these can be established.
- Conclusions, access limitations and recommended next steps.
How the process works for you
- You send us the case details. Address, on-site contact, type of damage and investigations already carried out.
- We arrange access. We identify the occupants, homes and shared areas required with you.
- We investigate the leak. The scope and conditions are defined before approval.
- You receive the findings. The report and, if needed, a repair quote help you decide what happens next.
Detection and repair
A leak investigation should not leave you with a report and no next step. Where a repair falls within our scope, we quote for it separately so that you can arrange approval.
How does billing work?
The commissioning party, invoice recipient and payment terms are clarified before the visit. Any insurance cover must be confirmed for the case.
Can we ask you to handle several cases?
Send us the volume, locations and access requirements. We agree the schedule and arrangements together, subject to availability.
