What problem are you experiencing in Paris?
A stain in a neighbour's flat, a damp partition or a pressure drop call for different checks. Choose the symptom to understand the possible causes and the information to send us.
In an apartment building, arrange access on both sides of the damage
The home where water appears may differ from the one where the pipework needs testing. Arrange access to the affected room, suspected fixtures and, if needed, a cellar, service shaft or inspection hatch. The building manager or caretaker can help coordinate keys and occupants for the same appointment.
Our team's reports show why this access matters: a vertical pipe can be observed from a cellar; a fitting may be hidden behind an appliance; a test may remain incomplete without access to the flat below. Our guide to arranging an appointment with your neighbour explains what to gather.
Property owner, property manager, building manager or insurer
Your role shapes how the visit is organised: keys and remote decisions for a landlord, shared area coordination for a building manager, or technical findings and test limitations for an insurer or loss adjuster.
An investigation quote, then findings to guide the next steps
The scope, access and conditions are clarified before the visit. Our Paris prices distinguish non-invasive and invasive investigations and their difficulty. Camera inspections, dye tests and other checks are selected for the brief.
The leak detection report distinguishes the established source, possibilities still to check, and work completed or recommended. A repair can then be proposed under a separate quote.
Questions to help prepare your appointment
Do you already cover other towns in the Paris region?
Our current operational area is Paris. For another location, contact us to check what is possible before arranging a visit.
What should I send when I first contact you?
The address and arrondissement, photographs of the marks and nearby fixtures, when they first appeared, any investigations already carried out, and contacts who can provide the access needed.
Can you visit without access to my neighbour's home?
We can inspect accessible areas, but tests that require observation in your neighbour's home will be limited. We explain any missing access and further checks needed before reaching a conclusion.
