Privacy policy

Data controller
TUBULURE, the operator of the Fuites Détectives brand, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Registered office: 45 rue Saint-Placide, 75006 Paris, France. For questions about your data or to exercise your rights: [email protected].
When you contact us
We process the information you choose to send through the form or WhatsApp: your name, contact details, location, a description of the situation and, where relevant, useful photographs. Required form fields are marked with an asterisk. We cannot process a form enquiry without this information; you can also contact us directly.
We use this information to understand your enquiry, contact you, prepare a quote or arrange a visit. Steps you request before a service are processed on the basis of pre-contractual measures; other enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not automatically add you to a marketing list.
Do not send identity documents, bank details or sensitive information. Keep photographs focused on what is useful for the investigation, avoiding people and personal documents.
Who may receive your information?
Information is accessible to authorised members of the Fuites Détectives team handling your enquiry and, where necessary, the people carrying out the service. Technical providers access it only to deliver their services: Cloudflare for website hosting and security, Resend to send form submissions by email when enabled, and Google Workspace for business email when operational.
WhatsApp links open WhatsApp only when you choose to click them. No WhatsApp widget loads on the page beforehand. Conversations in that application are also subject to its privacy policy.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their contractual data protection terms govern these transfers, including standard contractual clauses or another recognised mechanism where applicable. You may ask us for details of the safeguards applying to your enquiry.
How long we keep your information
An enquiry that does not lead to further action is kept for no more than 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted or anonymised. If a service is provided, information needed to carry it out, issue invoices or handle a complaint is kept in accordance with applicable legal obligations and time limits. Records retained for these purposes are kept separately from day-to-day enquiries, with restricted access.
Website operation and cookies
Fonts and media are served locally by this website. Technical information needed to deliver and protect the site may be processed by the hosting provider. Your contact-panel display preference is stored in your browser for the session.
If Google Analytics audience measurement is enabled, it remains blocked until you accept it. It helps us understand page visits and contact clicks. Form fields, your name, email address, telephone number and message contents are not included in measurement events. This choice does not enable advertising use.
Accepting and refusing audience measurement is equally straightforward. The “Cookies: change my choice” link in the footer, shown when measurement is available, lets you change your decision. Acceptance and refusal are remembered for six months. Refusing or withdrawing consent leaves all contact options available.
An anti-spam check may be used to protect the form. Its sole purpose is to prevent automated submissions and it does not depend on your consent to audience measurement.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and the conditions set out in applicable regulations, you may request access to your data, correction, erasure or restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent to audience measurement at any time. The right to data portability applies to automated processing based on consent or a contract where the relevant conditions are met.
Send your request through our contact form. We may request additional information if there is reasonable doubt about your identity. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL.
