From industry to plumbing
After working in industry and international companies, Gilles retrained in plumbing through a French CAP vocational programme. He chose a practical trade, working directly with installations and the people who use them.
With Thomas and the team, he takes part in leak investigations and helps prepare the next steps, from understanding the problem to repairs proposed in a separate quote.
Experience from site visits
Gilles supplies photographs, videos and cases from site visits to help explain the situations the team encounters. Examples on this website are anonymised and distinguish observations, checks carried out and recommended work.
